When ordering the Matamoros, order a half size smaller than standard shoe size.

What is the average wait time?

As with many handmade boots our turnaround is between 1 and 4 months.

How do I know my size?

If you are concerned about sizing, please give us a call so we can help you find your size.

What about returns?

Returns may be accepted if the boots have not been worn outside and if the break-in process has not begun. We may refuse retunes if products have been applied to boots or if wear is visible.

How does the payment process work?

When your order is placed there will be a confirmation phone call and payment will be handled over the phone.

When will my boots be ready?

Updates will be provided throughout the boot building process via email or text for every stage.

Can I receive a receipt for my order?

Absolutely! Feel free to reach out to our dedicated customer service team with your order number.
